How our prices compare with the market

In the Latvian market, website development prices in 2026 usually fall into these ranges: a simple business-card site around €500–700, a company website around €900–1400 and an online store around €2400–4600. These are approximate market ranges rather than any specific agency's prices, but they help you know what to expect.

BalticMind prices sit at the lower end of the market or below it, and they are fixed per project. You know the final amount before we start, and it does not change as long as the scope stays as agreed.

A cheaper website usually means a ready-made template without SEO setup or without a way to edit content yourself; a more expensive one usually means custom design, complex integrations or a large number of pages. When comparing offers, look beyond the price at what it includes: number of pages, CMS, technical SEO, revision rounds and timeline.

Website typeTypical in LatviaBalticMindTimeline
Business-card / landing page€500–700€4901–2 weeks
Company website€900–1400€9902–4 weeks
Online store€2400–4600from €22004–8 weeks

Hosting and domain are not included in the price: we help set them up, and the annual costs (usually €30–120 per year) are paid by the client directly to the provider. That way the domain and the site always belong to you.

What affects the cost of a website

The cost of a website is not guesswork. A few specific factors decide it, and we go through them on WhatsApp before work starts — then you get a fixed price.

  • Number of pages. A one-page site fits the €490 package, a company website with up to 8 pages and a blog fits the €990 package. If you need more pages or a product catalog, the E-commerce package is the better fit.
  • Languages. We can build your site in Latvian, Russian and English. Each extra language means extra copy and separate SEO settings for each version, so we include the number of languages in the quote from the start.
  • Online store. A product catalog, shopping cart and payment integration are the biggest step in price, which is why an online store starts from €2200. The final price depends on the number of products and the features you need.
  • Integrations. Contact forms and AI chatbot integration are included in the Business package. Connections to a CRM, accounting or booking system are estimated separately once we see exactly what needs to be connected.
  • AI chatbot. Adding a chatbot to the site is part of development, while the chatbot itself is a separate monthly service, from €59 per month.
  • Content and copy. If you already have texts and images, the work goes faster. If they still need to be prepared, we plan for it from the start, as it affects both the timeline and the price.

How the website development process works

Four steps from the first message to a published website. All communication happens on WhatsApp — no meetings to schedule and no hours lost on calls.

01

Message us on WhatsApp

Tell us what your business does and what the website needs to achieve. We recommend a package and quote a fixed price and timeline.

02

Structure and content

We agree on pages, copy and images. You see what will be on the site before development starts.

03

Design and development

We build the site, make it mobile-friendly and set up technical SEO. Progress updates arrive on WhatsApp.

04

Revisions and launch

After the revision rounds we help set up the domain and hosting and publish the website.

Three things help before we start: a short description of your business and customers, your logo and any existing copy or photos, and a few websites you like. If something is missing, that's fine — we'll discuss on WhatsApp what we can prepare together. The timeline starts once structure and content are agreed, so quick answers to our questions shorten the whole project.

A website with an AI chatbot

A website on its own only works if visitors find what they need and get in touch themselves. An AI chatbot replies instantly, including at night and on weekends, in Latvian, Russian and English. It finds out what the customer needs and hands you a ready-made lead. For example, a customer writes in the evening about the service they need and when — by morning you already have a lead with contact details, not an unanswered question.

When the chatbot is part of the website plan from the start, it fits into the design and structure instead of being bolted on later. Chatbot integration is already included in the Business package, and chatbot plans start from €59 per month.

Read more about plans and features on the AI chatbots page.

LIAA and ALTUM support for your website

Part of the cost of digitalization can be covered by state support. LIAA digitalization vouchers cover up to €5,000 for micro and small businesses if the project digitalizes processes such as online sales or customer service. For larger projects there is the ALTUM digital transformation program with a capital grant of up to 35%.

Whether your website qualifies depends on the project: the chances are higher when the website is part of a sales or customer service process, such as an online store, integrations or a chatbot. See programs and conditions on the LIAA funding page.
